Sam Goldman – Founding Partner

Sam is a highly trained and extremely hard-working Broker/Owner of Alaska Built Real Estate LLC. He actively participates on the board of the Mat-Su Homebuilder Association. While working with home buyers or real estate investors, Sam always goes the extra mile to ensure our clients are provided the highest quality of service. After purchasing his first rental property, he began to pursue a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance. Continually studying the real estate market, Sam has been able to advise staff on connecting the right property to the right client. He also has a background in the construction industry and is the exclusive representative of Robert Yundt Homes. He also participates in various charities and consistently volunteers his time for the betterment of our community. While he is not busy working, you can find him exploring hiking trails, fishing spots, and savoring all the great Alaskan outdoors has to offer.

Marni Beauchain - Broker / Accountant

Marni Beauchain has been with us since the start as our accountant. Since then, in addition to accounting, she has taken on the role of Broker. Having obtained her Associate's Degree at UAA, she has many years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, payroll services, employee training, and financial consultation. Additionally, she has held a position as a Quickbook Pro Advisor, and taught Accounting, Quickbook, and Bookkeeping courses for our local Wasilla Small Business Association. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her adult children, her furry child, and immersing herself in the great outdoors. Whether it be camping, hiking, or even paddleboarding, she enjoys every aspect of our great state.

Moose - Company Dog

Following his predecessor, Buck, Moose has time and time again demonstrated the important qualities and responsibilities necessary to becoming Rent In Alaska’s office dog. He is integral to the company’s publicity efforts, and the back-bone to the high morale atmosphere in the workspace. “My job is to remind all of my colleagues every day of their importance to the team, and establish a calming and peaceful presence in the environment with aspirations of bringing comfort to all!” -Moose. He has been with the team for about 1 year, and has grown from a rescue dog, to a very respectful, humble, and obedient presence loved by all! He enjoy’s long walks, visits to the park, getting snacks from Rebecca, and quality time with his person Marni.
